Services
Grief Therapy
Grief therapy is a specialized form of counseling designed to help individuals process the emotional and physical impact of loss. We offer comprehensive grief therapy services for all forms of loss including the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, a change in health, and reproductive loss. We also support people diagnosed with terminal illnesses and their caregivers.
Therapy for Anxiety and Perfectionism
Whether you're caught in cycles of anxiety, relentless self-pressure, or the exhausting sense that nothing you do is ever quite enough, you don't have to keep pushing through alone. Using evidence-based approaches, we'll work together to understand what's underneath the perfectionism, soften the harshest edges of self-criticism, and help you build a life guided by genuine confidence rather than fear.
Fees and Location
Individual sessions are $125 and couples or family sessions are $200. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who need financial flexibility — please don't hesitate to ask.
We are in-network and accept insurance from a variety of insurers. You can see our most current list by clicking here.
We offer in-person sessions at our Boulder, Colorado office and telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in Colorado, including Denver, Longmont, Lafayette, Louisville, Broomfield, and the greater Front Range.

Meet Grant
For more than thirty years I practiced law. Then a close friend was diagnosed with cancer, and everything changed.
I traveled to be with him at the end of his life, and in those final days I knew this was where I wanted to spend my time — not in a courtroom, but here, in the hardest and most human moments people face. That decision set me on a path through palliative care, individual and group therapy, and hospice grief counseling that led me to found Share Your Grief.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Counselor, and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I work with people who are grieving and those who struggle with anxiety and perfectionism — and I bring the same gentle, direct approach to both.
